Membership to this loyalty program is through a ManjaLink Account registration at the ManjaLink website with a valid National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) number or Passport Number, mobile number, and email address.

No. To join this loyalty program is free. This is a replacement of the manual loyalty program that was previously used for selected Causeway Link Express bus service routes in Malaysia.

Is there a minimum purchase required for me to join this programme?
No. Every transaction from both online and counter purchase in Malaysia will be recorded by the system once the customer is registered to this Loyalty Program.

Yes. Loyalty points will expire after 1 year from the date of travelling date of the express Bus Ticket

Will the Loyalty Program be affected with cancellation, refund, and change of route ticket?
Cancellation and Refund of Causeway Link Express Bus Ticket due to operation matters from Causeway Link is accepted. The amount of Refund for any Causeway Link Express Bus Ticket will be based on the original Causeway Link Express Bus ticket price.
Changing of Causeway Link Express Bus Ticket route will only credit the Loyalty Points based on the latest route used one (1) day after the travelling date.

The customer's National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or Passport Number is a unique personal data that needs to be verified by the system in order to record the loyalty point of the Causeway Link Express Bus Service Customer.

How do I know is my registration successful during my online purchase?
You will receive a verification email from Causeway Link Team to verify your ManjaLink account for this loyalty program. Your account will be activated after you reset password and update your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or passport number.
