How To Use - Cross-border & Connecting Bus Routes

Please tap on the card reader at the front of the bus to make payment.

The bus fares will be displayed on the screen as shown. This indicates the required fees have been successfully deducted and the transaction is completed if your card is tapped correctly.

Once the transaction is completed, please remove your card from the card reader.

The card has insufficient balance. Please pay by cash and bus fare will be charged based on latest boarding point.
i.e.: First tap at JB CIQ successful, second tap at Woodlands checkpoint (to Queen Street) failed, customer need to pay by cash SGD4.80 (Woodlands checkpoint - Queen Street)
